How Many Lead Duty Shifts Can I Sign Up For?
There are two types of lead duty at Bramlett — call-in lead duty and listing leads duty — and each has its own sign-up rules.
Call-In Lead Duty
Call-in lead duty is the inbound phone shift where you take live calls from online leads.
Weekly shift limit: Confirm the current weekly maximum with JC Adams or your ASM — this number is reviewed based on total agent participation and lead volume.
General principle: You should only sign up for shifts you will actually work. Signing up and missing a shift, or signing up for more than you can handle, affects lead quality and your standing in the program.

Listing Leads Duty
Listing leads duty is separate — it involves handling inbound inquiries on Bramlett's active listings.
Sign-up process: See Listing Leads Duty for eligibility and how to get on the rotation.
Swapping or Dropping a Shift
If you signed up and can no longer work a shift:
- Find a swap with another eligible agent before the shift starts
- Notify JC or your ASM as early as possible — do not simply miss it
- Repeated no-shows result in removal from the leads duty program
