Leads Duty Signup & How To Cover a Leads Shift

What should I do if I can't work a lead shift that I already signed up for?

In the event you cannot work a shift that you signed up for then follow these steps:

Step 1 - Find an eligible agent within the respective leads program to cover your shift.  You may email the groups email list in Gmail and advertise the day/date & time slot.

KBB - "KBB Agent"

RDC- "RDC Agents"

Call in shift - " Call in Leads Agents"

Step 2 - Once you've found an agent to cover the shift then log into AIP and remove yourself from the shift. The agent covering the shift can then sign up for it.

If you have a last minute emergency and cannot make a shift please email support@brampar.com . Note: Weekend or after hours may impact a response but the team will do it's best to get back to you.
