Super Portal: How to View Agent Production
You can view your own production data — and compare it against office benchmarks — directly inside the Super Portal.
Accessing Your Production Data
- Log in to the Super Portal at app.bramlettpartners.com
- Navigate to Production or Agent Production in the main menu (exact label may vary — look for a dashboard or production section)
- Your closed transactions, volume, and commission data will display for the current year and prior periods
What You Can See
- Your closed transaction count for the current year
- Your production volume (total sales price of closed deals)
- How you rank relative to other agents in the office (where enabled)
- Transaction-level detail — individual deals contributing to your totals
Viewing Production in the MGMT Portal
The management portal (mgmt.bramlettpartners.com) contains a more detailed agent production leaderboard. This is primarily for staff and leadership use, but agent-level data visible to you in the Super Portal reflects the same underlying transaction data.
If Your Production Looks Wrong
If a closed transaction isn't showing up in your production numbers:
- Confirm the transaction is entered in the Super Portal with status set to Closed
- Check that the close date is entered correctly
- If it's still missing after 24 hours, submit a HelpScout ticket with the transaction address and close date
Common cause: Transaction was entered in FUB but not in the Super Portal. FUB and the Super Portal are separate systems — production tracking requires entry in the Super Portal.
