Super Portal FAQ

Will the portal display listings from other markets like Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas?

Unlock/ABOR has a data sharing agreement with SABOR, NTREIS, and HAR. This means that these listings now display in Matrix. These listings do not come through the RESO feed, which means they won't display in the portal. We do add additional markets as it makes sense and you can access those other markets by selecting them in the drop down at the bottom left. However, if you see a listing that has an MLS number that starts with a letter like SA1819449 or HAR36912271, then that is not a native listing and it won't display in the portal.

We aren't overly concerned with this because comingling out of market listings within our market is messy and unhelpful. Real estate is local! It's actually hyperlocal!

The Super Portal looks like it's down. What's going on?

The SuperPortal servers have monitoring and downtime alerts configured. The engineering team is notified when server resources such as RAM usage, CPU usage, and storage usage exceed thresholds, allowing them to address issues proactively.

In extreme cases, if the system goes down due to a traffic surge from webhooks or the public website, the team is alerted via downtime monitoring tools. In 95% of cases, the team restores the system within a few minutes.

However, if the system remains unavailable for more than 10 minutes, please inform the support team. They will create a CRITICAL priority ticket, including as much relevant information as possible, and escalate the issue by reaching out to Kodelint Support via the designated contact numbers.
