Where to Find the Company 1099, Broker Tax ID & W9

Agents frequently need Bramlett's tax information for transactions, referral payments, or their own tax filings. Here's where everything lives.

Bramlett W9

The current W9 is in the KB: Office Address + Office Access + Our W9

Use this any time a title company, referring broker, or vendor asks for Bramlett's W9.

Broker Tax ID (EIN)

The Employer Identification Number (EIN) for Bramlett Partners is on the W9 linked above. It is also on the E&O Binder document: E & O Binder

Do not share the EIN publicly or include it in client-facing communications. It is for professional/transactional use only.

Your 1099 as an Agent

Bramlett issues agent 1099s annually for the prior tax year. 1099s are typically available by January 31.

Where to get your 1099:

  • Check your email on file with Bramlett — 1099s are sent electronically
  • If you haven't received yours by mid-February, submit a HelpScout ticket to accounting

If your 1099 amount looks incorrect:

  • Submit a HelpScout ticket to accounting with your name, the year in question, and what you believe the correct figure should be
  • Include your transaction records from the Super Portal as a reference
