When can I access the office?

The office is open 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. For access outside of those times, you need a keycard to access both the building and the office.

How do you get a key card?

If you didn't get one during onboarding, you can email Support and they'll get one for you, which generally takes a few days. Key cards cost $11.
