Super Portal: How to Search by Property Address
Super Portal: How to Search by Property Address
Need to find a specific property in the Super Portal? Here's how to search by address rather than browsing map results.
Searching for a Specific Property
Option 1: Use the search bar
- From the Super Portal dashboard, locate the search bar at the top of the page
- Type the street address (number + street name is usually enough)
- Results will populate as you type — select the correct property from the dropdown
Option 2: Search within a client's saved searches
If you're looking for a property a client has been viewing:
- Open the client's contact in the portal
- Navigate to their saved searches or favorites
- Properties they've engaged with will appear there
Option 3: Property not appearing?
If a listing is active on MLS but not showing in the Super Portal:
- Confirm the MLS number is correct
- The portal syncs with MLS — there can be a short delay (usually under 1 hour) after a listing goes live
- If it's been more than a few hours, submit a HelpScout ticket with the MLS number
Searching Within a Client's Portal View
To see exactly what a client sees in their portal:
- Open the client's contact record
- Click "View as Client" or the equivalent client-view link
- From this view you can search by address as the client would
Common Issue: Property Shows in MLS but Not in Portal
Possible causes:
- Listing was just entered — allow up to 1 hour for sync
- The property type doesn't match the client's search criteria filters
- The listing is in a status the portal doesn't display (pending, withdrawn)
- The MLS area is outside the client's search polygon
Fix: Check the client's search settings first. If the filters look right and the property still doesn't appear after a few hours, submit a ticket.
