Can I See Reviews That Were Requested? How to Track Review Requests

Yes — here's how to check the status of review requests sent to your clients.

Where Review Requests Come From

Bramlett's system (via the Super Portal and FUB action plans) sends automated review requests to clients after closing. These go to Google and Zillow depending on configuration.

You can also send review requests manually. See Review Request Links for your personal review links.

How to See If a Review Was Requested

In the Super Portal:

  1. Open the closed transaction
  2. Check the transaction activity log or notes section — automated review request sends are typically logged here
  3. If you're unsure whether a specific client received a request, check the transaction timeline

In FUB: If a post-close action plan is running, the review request step will appear in the contact's activity feed when it fires. Open the contact record and scroll through the activity log.

How to See Reviews That Came In

Google Reviews: Log in to your Google Business Profile. All submitted reviews appear there. Bramlett's main profile is separate from individual agent profiles — confirm with the marketing team which profile your reviews are routing to.

Zillow Reviews: Log in to your Zillow agent profile at zillow.com. Reviews appear under your profile's review section.

What to Do If a Client Said They Left a Review but You Don't See It

  • Google reviews occasionally get filtered by Google's spam detection — this is outside anyone's control
  • Zillow reviews go through a moderation process and may take a few days
  • Ask the client which platform they used and check both
  • If it's been more than a week and still not visible, the client can try submitting again
