Where Do Calls About My Listings Go?

Where Do Calls About My Listings Go?

When a buyer calls about one of your listings, where that call routes depends on how your contact info and CallRail are configured.

The Short Answer

Calls to the main Bramlett number or the number on a listing go to Listing Leads Duty — not directly to you as the listing agent — unless your personal number is the contact number on the listing.

How Listing Lead Duty Works

Bramlett routes inbound listing inquiries through a lead duty rotation. The agent on Listing Leads Duty answers calls about active Bramlett listings and either:

  • Handles the lead themselves (if eligible)
  • Routes the call back to the listing agent for follow-up

This is by design — it ensures every inbound call gets a live answer rather than going to voicemail.

See Listing Leads Duty for the full process.

If Your Personal Number Is on the Listing

If you've published your direct number as the showing/inquiry contact:

  • Calls go directly to you
  • You are responsible for answering or returning calls promptly
  • Missed calls on your direct number don't get caught by the duty system

CallRail Tracking Numbers

Bramlett uses CallRail tracking numbers on listings and marketing. These route through the system and are recorded for quality and training purposes.

If you're seeing calls routed unexpectedly or not reaching you, check with your ASM to confirm how your listing's contact routing is configured.
