How to Fix an Incorrect Price on MLS (Contacting ABOR)
If your listing is showing an incorrect price on MLS and you can't fix it through the normal edit process, here's how to escalate to ABOR.
First: Try the Standard Edit
Before contacting ABOR, attempt the normal MLS price change:
- Log in to Matrix (ABoR MLS)
- Open your listing
- Go to Edit Listing → Pricing
- Update the price and submit
If the change saves correctly and the price updates, you're done. Allow time for syndication to Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. — syndication can take 24–48 hours.
If the Price Won't Update in Matrix
This occasionally happens due to a data sync issue or MLS system error. Contact ABOR directly:

What to have ready:
- Your MLS number
- The current (incorrect) price showing
- The correct price it should display
- A brief description of what you tried
ABOR MLS support can force a price update or correct data errors on their end.
Syndication Delay vs. Actual Error
Before calling ABOR, confirm the price in Matrix itself is correct. If Matrix shows the right price but Zillow or another portal is showing the wrong price, that's a syndication delay — not an MLS error. Most syndication updates within 24–48 hours.
