High Funnel Leads: Claim Limits, Rules & Eligibility
High Funnel Leads: Claim Limits, Rules & Eligibility
High funnel leads are early-stage online leads that require patience and consistent follow-up. Here's everything you need to know about how many you can claim and what the rules are.
Eligibility to Claim High Funnel Leads
Before you can claim high funnel leads, you must complete onboarding:
- Complete the High Funnel Leads Onboarding course in Circle
- Connect with JC (your Agent Success Manager for the leads program) to confirm completion
- JC adds you to the ponds so you can start claiming
If you haven't completed onboarding, you will not be able to claim leads from the pond.
How Many Leads Can You Claim?
Weekly claim limit: Contact JC or your ASM for the current weekly limit — this number is reviewed and adjusted based on overall lead volume and agent capacity.
The underlying principle: Claim what you can actively work. Sitting on leads you aren't following up on is a policy violation and leads to removal from the program.
Can I Work High Funnel Leads AND Seller Leads?
Yes. Working high funnel leads does not prevent you from working seller leads or your own pipeline. They are separate tracks.
What Happens If I Don't Want to Work a Lead?
If a lead comes in and you don't want to work it (wrong geography, outside your niche, capacity issue):
- Do not claim it — let it stay in the pond for another agent
- If you already claimed it and can't work it, contact JC to return it to the pond
- See the next section for the correct tag to use
Tags: Returning a Lead to the Pond
To return a claimed lead to the company pond in FUB:
- Open the lead's contact card in FUB
- Add the tag: [confirm current return tag with JC — tag names are updated periodically]
- This removes the lead from your queue and returns it to the available pool
Do not delete the contact or change the lead source. Only use the correct return tag.
Leads Outside Our Service Area
If you're on leads duty and a lead comes in from outside the Austin metro service area:
- Do not claim it for yourself
- Refer it to an agent in that market using our outbound referral process
- Or contact JC — the team will handle routing
Bramlett's service area covers the Austin metro. Leads from San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, or other markets should not be worked by Austin-based agents unless you have a specific arrangement.
Split for High Funnel Leads
High funnel leads are company leads. The split is 50/50 while they remain company leads. See Commission Splits: Company Leads vs. Agent Leads for full details.
