Marketing Materials, Printing, and Mailing
There are three main paths for printing and mailing materials, depending on quantity, customization, and turnaround.
1. Xpressdocs
Xpressdocs is our internal company platform with pre-loaded Bramlett-branded templates. Available templates include:
- Austin Buyer Guide
- Waco Buyer and Seller Guide
- Business Cards
- Door Hangers
- Flyers
- Postcards
- Folders
- Stationery
- Annual Real Estate Review
- Fold Over Brochures
- Team-specific templates (McGuire Team, Pecan Creek, Synergy Property Group)
Use Xpressdocs when you need:
- Bulk copies shipped to your house
- A direct mail campaign sent to a list or neighborhood
- Branded materials that follow our company templates
Customization: Most templates are fully editable. You can change wording (for example, "Coming Soon" to "Price Reduction"), photos, and layout.
Custom designs: If you want something built from scratch, email the design team at design@brampar.com. They will work with you to create a new template.
2. Direct Mail Through Xpressdocs
Xpressdocs has a built-in direct mail feature with two paths:
Neighborhood Direct Mail (recommended for branded campaigns) Choose between Real Estate or Home Services versions. Both include EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) plus delivery tracing, QR code tracking, and digital reach.
- Minimum order: 500 pieces
- USPS delivery time: 5 to 15 business days
- Free Informed Delivery by USPS (recipients get a preview email of your mailer)
Upload Your Own Three size options: 5.5 x 4.25 (small), 9 x 6 (large), 11 x 6 (XL).
Important rules for direct mail:
- Mailing lists must be uploaded as a CSV file in the format outlined in the Xpressdocs guide (example given when uploading - match as best you can)
- If you upload your own template, only the grayed-out mailing address area is editable. Any other fill-in fields will print UNEDITED on every piece (Do not leave HELLO (NAME HERE) on your doc)
- For per-recipient customization, you must use one of our pre-loaded customizable templates/upload your own and edit each one individually
3. Courtney's Office (In-House Supply)
For one or two pieces only.
- No customization
- No paper or finish options
- Quick grab and go
- QR code payment
4. QuikPrint
QuikPrint has multiple Austin locations and is our go-to for fast, affordable printing when mailing is not needed.
Best for:
- Open house flyers needed by the weekend
- Last-minute, in-person handouts
- Anything where you already have a print-ready file
You can choose finish (glossy or matte), paper weight, and quantity. They print exactly what you provide and do not edit artwork.

Yard signs & riders
All yard signs, including "for sale", "for lease", "open house" and riders are available to purchase through Stokes. To maintain our brand identity, our design team will not redesign anything offered on Stokes for purchase elsewhere.
Custom Email Signatures
Our design team has (or will) send you your custom email signature. Your email signature features your accreditations and a link to your reviews, which is a soft way to qualify yourself with new clients. If you have any problems adding your email signature to Gmail, FUB, or RealScale, just ask design@ and they can help!
