Where to Upload Your Headshot (Website, FUB & Super Portal)

Your headshot appears in multiple places. Here's where to upload or update it in each system.


1. Bramlett Partners Website (bramlettpartners.com)

Your profile photo on the public Bramlett website is managed by the marketing team — you cannot update it yourself through the site.

To update your website headshot:

  • Submit a HelpScout ticket with the subject: "Headshot Update – [Your Name]"
  • Attach your new headshot as a JPG or PNG (high resolution — minimum 1MB, ideally 2MB+)
  • The design/marketing team will update your profile

Allow a few business days for the update to go live.


2. FollowUpBoss (FUB)

Your FUB profile photo is what shows in client-facing emails and the FUB mobile app.

To update your FUB headshot:

  1. Log in to FUB at followupboss.com
  2. Click your profile photo or initials in the top right corner
  3. Select Profile or My Account
  4. Click on your current photo (or the placeholder) to upload a new one
  5. Crop/adjust as needed and save

3. Super Portal

Your headshot in the Super Portal is what clients see when they log into their search portal.

To update your Super Portal headshot:

  • Submit a HelpScout ticket — the Super Portal photo is managed on the admin side
  • Include your new headshot as an attachment

4. HelpScout (Support Portal)

If you are a staff user in HelpScout, your photo is managed through your HelpScout account settings. Agents do not have HelpScout accounts directly.


Headshot Standards

Before uploading anywhere, make sure your headshot meets Bramlett's standards:

  • Professional photo — no selfies, casual snapshots, or heavily filtered images
  • Clean, neutral background preferred
  • Business-appropriate attire
  • High resolution (at least 1MB)
