How Super Portal Works with Follow Up Boss

  • The Super Portal appears in FUB as a widget on each client profile.
  • The widget is a preview only β€” click the purple Super Portal button to access the full platform.
  • Many actions sync back to FUB (ratings, searches, activity).

⚠️ Always confirm you’re on the correct client profile in FUB before taking action. Super Portal actions apply to the currently selected contact.

Highly recommended for all agents.

Create a test contact using:

  • a personal email, or
  • your Bramlett email

This allows you to safely practice:

  • rating clients
  • adding events
  • building searches
  • testing gifting preferences

…without accidentally emailing real clients.


🎁 Automated Gifting

⭐ Client Ratings (Required)

Ratings determine who is eligible for gifts.

  • You control your rating system.
  • N-R (Not Rated) allows you to add events without committing to a tier.
  • Ratings apply to the entire household when relationships are added.

You can add relationships such as:

  • spouse / partner
  • children
  • pets

Important behaviors:

  • Relationships sync between Super Portal and FUB.
  • The primary contact’s rating applies to everyone in the relationship (intentional for gifting automation).

πŸ“… Events & Mailing Address (All Required)

For a client to receive a gift, all three must exist:

  1. βœ… Client is rated
  2. πŸŽ‰ An event exists
  3. πŸ“¬ A mailing address is on file

Missing any of these will stop gifting.

Common Events

  • Birthdays (per individual)
  • Home purchase / closing anniversaries (household-level, buyer vs seller)

Mailing Address Sync

  • The first address in FUB syncs as the mailing address.
  • You can edit the mailing address directly in Super Portal if needed (e.g., work address vs home).

🎁 Gift Vendors (Bramlett Partners)

  • Cookies and truffles
  • Client must be in a Tiff’s delivery zone
  • Bramlett business discount
  • Clients receive delivery notifications

🎁 Bon Vivant (Steely)

  • Birthday and home anniversary gift boxes
  • Ships anywhere in the U.S.
  • Non-perishable
  • Pricing generally includes shipping (tax added)
  • Closing gifts available but ordered manually

🍰 Austin Cake Ball

  • Best for Austin proper
  • Shipping outside Austin can be costly in warm months

🏑 Life Anchored Home (Laney)

  • Tiered gift boxes (birthday, anniversary, kids)
  • Ships nationwide
  • Pricing is bundled (shipping + tax included)
  • Anniversary gifts planned to refresh yearly
  • Custom notes available; business cards possible upon request

✍️ Custom Gift Messages

  • Optional per event
  • Avoid age-specific or year-specific wording
  • If left blank, a Bramlett-branded generic message is sent

Option 1: Company Defaults

  • Automatically applies Bramlett gifting rules
  • Sends gifts to A+ and A clients

Option 2: Your Own Defaults

Set β€œblanket” gift preferences by:

  • event type
  • rating tier
  • vendor + gift

Individual Overrides

Use for dietary needs or preferences:

Reports β†’ Events β†’ Open Event β†’ Change Gift β†’ Update Event

  • 10th: Monthly reminder to audit gifts
  • 15th: Vendor reports are sent for the following month

Auditing Gifts

Go to Reports β†’ Events, filter by timeframe, and confirm recipients and gifts.

Best practice criteria:

  • Zip code
  • Elementary school
  • Property subtype

  • Built in the full Super Portal
  • Use map view for polygons
  • Confirm results before saving
  • Initial email can be customized (AI-assisted)
  • Ongoing updates follow system format

    Favorites / possibilities may also notify (behavior varies)

    View engagement in:

🧬 Merging People (Do This First)

Always merge contacts before setting up searches.

  • Merge into the profile with existing Super Portal activity
  • Incorrect merges can cause search loss
  • Relationships cannot be unmerged (recreate contacts if needed)
