👥 Collaborators
Collaborators are client-specific. When you add another agent as a collaborator, you're giving them access to only the client(s) you choose.
Example:
If Eric adds Lexie as a collaborator for John Client, Lexie can view and work with John Client’s file. She won’t have access to Eric’s other clients unless he adds her individually for each one.
- You can add as many collaborators as needed—on a per-client basis.
➡️ Use this when you’re working together on select transactions but don’t want to share your full pipeline.
🤝 Partners
Partners get full access to your client list.
Example:
If Eric adds Lexie as a partner, Lexie can view all of Eric’s clients. However, this is one-way. Eric won’t be able to see Lexie’s clients unless she adds him as a partner too.
- This is best for long-term, high-trust collaborations.
➡️ Use this when you want ongoing visibility and collaboration across your entire book of business.
