Company Leads Split
- Buyer or seller sale transactions are always 50/50.
- Lease transactions are always 70/30.
- If you send an outbound referral, the split is 70/30.
Fees, Reimbursements, Rebates, & Referrals
- If you use Bramlett Partners Listing or Transaction Coordination, this is entered "before split" on company leads.
- If you use any outside service, this is "after split".
- There are no reimbursements on high funnel seller leads or any buyer leads.
- If there is an agent referral, that is paid "before split".
- If you rebate any portion of your commission to your client, that must be approved and is "before split".
How long do company leads remain company leads?
A company lead remains a company lead for 18 months after the first closed deal.
How long do company leads remain company leads?
If a company lead sends you a referral during the first 180 days after the first time you communicated with them (talked on the phone or received a text or email back), then that referral is a company lead.
