To uphold this standard, we have established minimum production and experience requirements for agents who join our team.
Production & Experience Requirements
To be considered for our brokerage, agents must meet one of the following criteria:
- 10 closed transactions in the past 12 months or the previous calendar year
- $5 million in closed sales volume in the past 12 months or the previous calendar year
These benchmarks ensure that all agents at Bramlett Partners operate at a professional level, actively working in the industry and bringing valuable experience to the table.
Experienced Agent Considerations
We recognize that some highly skilled agents may not meet the recent production requirements but have a strong history of success. For agents with 5+ years of experience who have previously met or exceeded these production benchmarks, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. This applies to agents who:
- Are a strong cultural fit with our team and values
- Have a history of exceptional client service and professionalism
- Have a proven track record of success at the required production level or greater
