Courier Services (Sign Otter) | $80 - $92

Our courier services through Sign Otter truly allow you to “set it and forget it”. Let the Listing Support Team fully coordinate delivery of all assets to the property while you focus on production.

Keys, Sign, & Lockbox(es) Coordination
he Listing Coordination team communicates with the Seller & Listing Agent to arrange a time for Sign Otter to pick up keys to the property. Agents should set the expectation with clients that there should be 2 key copies made. Clients will also receive an email requesting 2 key copies be made. Sign Otter will then drop off and place the For Sale sign, the flyer plate, the Supra lockbox, and the combination lockbox.
Print Marketing Drop Off
Marketing materials are dropped off at the same time as the sign. Sign Otter aims to have everything set up the week before listing, if given enough time to coordinate with the client.
Inventory Pickup at Closing
Sign Otter will pick up the sign, flyer plate, rider, & lockboxes on the day coordinated by the Listing Coordination team. CTC will communicate with the buyer’s agent to arrange pickup of the keys at the property for after funding.

Monthly Inventory Storage Fee - $10.50 per month

H-Frame Signs - $80

Sign installation on an H-frame
Supra and/or Combination box install
Printing of inside flyer
Install of QR Code Rider
Install of inside framed QR code
Removal of all items at time of closing

Colonial Signs - $92

Sign installation on colonial post
Supra and/or Combination box install
Printing of inside flyer
Install of QR Code Rider
Install of inside framed QR code
