How to: Reactivate a Withdrawn Listing

Sometimes you will withdraw a listing completely and your sellers change their minds. In this instance, ABOR will not allow you to enter a new listing within 30 days. You'll need to reactivate the old listing.

1. Email support@abor.com and ask them to reactivate the withdrawn listing.
2. They'll then email us (broker) to confirm that it needs to be reactivated. It helps to have communicated with us ahead of time - just email support and let us know.
3. We confirm it needs to be reactivated and it's immediatley reactivated.

Bear in mind that this will pick up the old days on market count and any other history. You'll have the same MLS number and history that you had prior to withdrawing it.
