Our Listing Coordination Services are designed to help take the heavy lifting off of you prior to going on the market and while on the market. Our Listing Coordination Team takes care of the details required to successfully take a listing live so that you can focus on your client relationships. After your listing is live, our automated and weekly seller reports help your sellers stay abreast of market conditions so that you can focus on production negotiations.

- VA compares the below facts as found on the previous MLS listing, tax records and/or appraisal as applicable:
- Input Required Information and Documents into RealScale
- Create Marketing Assets
- Gather and confirm essential information on the property including bed/bath/sq.ft./stories/list price.
- Communicate, and revise the property description for the MLS, and showcase
- Schedule photos and send pics to owners for review.
- Communicate, and revise the Property Showcase, and flyer plate
- Purchase and forward the property showcase domain
- Encourage seller to share the Property Showcase on Nextdoor and Facebook
- Implement Facebook Marketing
- Posts for Coming Soon, and Posts and Ads for Just Listed, Under Contract, and Sold
- Marketing is agent branded from the company page and directed to the property showcase/website.
- Prepare MLS Listing
- Input complete listing including photos
- Upload MLS docs
- Submit to listing agent for review prior to listing date
- Schedule to take listing live on listing date
- Audit Listing Syndication to Ensure Accuracy on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com & Redfin
