Duplicate Leads in FUB & the Portal
We have hundreds of thousands of contacts in our system, so it's very normal for leads to exist more than once.
When you input a lead, you will sometimes get a warning that says This person already exists and is assigned to Agent Name. When this happens, please ignore the warning.
Why? Most of the time, this is an old contact and the agent doesn't know them. Sometimes, it's a weak contact and the lead isn't "vibing" with the original agent they talked with. Every now and then, the lead is looking for that agent and when that happens, just politely help them find the agent they're looking for and move them to Trash in your system (it won't affect anything else).
