How to Deliver the IABS in Email (Signature, Body, etc...)

It's very common for agents to attach the TREC Information About Brokerage Services disclosure in every email and/or to insert a link to it automatically above their email signature. This is well intentioned, but provides no benefit to the consumer or agent.

You can present the IABS to clients via email, but you must reference the IABS in the body of the email.

The best thing you can do is to use an email template and send a separate email to new clients as part of your work flow. We have a template in FUB titled Information About Brokerage Services (IABS). It's also a great idea to save your own template in Gmail Templates.
