How to use the Tours Feature (Carts) for Showings

• Create a list of properties to "Tour" with your client and share that with them.
• Optimize the route of the properties - one click does this. You can add additional stops (meeting place, break for coffee/lunch, end) and it accounts for those.
• Set the touring "speed" of your client to estimate when you'll arrive at each property (for easier scheduling).
• One click add all "ShowingTime" properties to ShowingTime to easily schedule + schedule all properties and add notes from one window.
• Print everything to hand to your client + email your client the tour.
