How to use the Tours Feature (Carts) for Showings
The Tours feature in the Super Portal allows you to easily organize and share a property tour with your clients. Follow the steps below to set up and share a tour:
1. Add Properties to Your Tour Cart
- Start by opening an existing Search in the Super Portal.
When a client wants to tour a specific property, click the Cart icon đź›’ next to that property.
This will add the property to your Tour Cart.
- Repeat this process to add multiple properties.
- You can pull properties from multiple searches and add them to the same cart. The route will optimize automatically, even if the properties are from different searches.
2. Set Up & Optimize the Tour
- When ready, click the Cart icon in the top navigation to view the properties you’ve added.
Select the Date and Start Time of the tour.
Choose whether you’d like to Optimize the Route.
- The system will automatically arrange the tour in the most efficient order.
You can also manually select the last property or rearrange the order later.
If you want to adjust the order:
- Click the Listings tab and Drag & Drop the properties into the desired order.
- The system will automatically reroute based on your changes.
3. Customize the Tour Details
- Adjust the Estimated Tour Duration based on your client’s pace.
- Add Notes to individual properties if needed.
- Review any Showing Instructions provided for each property.
4. Share the Tour
Once the tour is set up:
Click Email Tour to send a link to your client.
You can choose to CC yourself on the email.
If you prefer a printed version:
- Click Print Report.
- Choose what information you want to include.
- Preview the report and click Print when ready.
