ABOR/Unlock have a number of Buyer Rep Agreement forms, including a "Limited Services" form which is great for showing a buyer who is not yet a client. We strongly recommend you build rapport before attempting to sign a full BRA and a great way to do that is to take a potential client on a property tour and let them know you'll ask them to sign the full form before going on the second tour. Prior to the first tour, ask them to sign the Limited Services form.
