Team Brand Identity

We believe there are strong reasons why a team would develop their own brand identity and we fully encourage and support that. We require approval for any team branding and we're happy to help guide any team through the branding process (which we think is a lot of fun!) We have a few simple rules:

Teams

  1. Team logos must include "Bramlett Partners" directly below the "main" logo.

  2. Advertising must include the approved logo in order to satisfy TREC guidelines. "Bramlett Residential" or "Bramlett Partners" must be legible.

  3. If custom email is used, a consistent domain must be maintained across the team (no @gmail,etc....) This is a more professional look for your team. More importantly, it allows us to better integrate your team emails into our tech stack
  4. Your brand identity must be documented and easily communicated to any designer. This includes your logo, fonts, and colors.
  5. You must maintain a brand identity policy and guidelines for your team members.

Agents on Teams

Agents who are a part of a team are not permitted to have personal logos, as their brand identity is tied to their team. They must use their teams' branding/logo.
