If you’re already under contract, ask title to get survey quotes for you. They’ll have relationships they can leverage to get answers quickly. If you’re not under contract, email Sam Conkey at sconkey@ctot.com and ask her who’s returning them the quickest at a fair price. Also shoot a quick email to Capital@westarlandsurveyors.com and ask them for a “boundary + improvements” survey. They’re super fast to respond by email (they do mostly construction stuff, so you have to stipulate what you’re looking for.)
