How to Enter an Outbound Referral Transaction

To check on an outbound referral payment:

  • When payments are made, the transaction is marked "Payment Received" until it is paid out.
  • Once it is paid out, the payment notes are left in the transaction notes.
  • If the status is not 'payment received' and there are no payment notes, the agent should email support with the transaction in question. From there, it will be assigned to accounting (Piper-Lynn Miller).
