Getting Started with RealScale + FAQ
RealScale is our brokerage management platform. At its most basic, this is where you go to enter a transaction to get a DA. RealScale was developed in-house and is now managed as its own company. It has robust reporting, review automation, leaderboard, task management, and transaction management features. RealScale is very intuitive and we always ask that agents "play around" with entering a transaction for ~5 minutes before asking for help (but we're always happy to help after that.)

Welcome to Realscale! This guide provides a quick and informal walkthrough to help you navigate the platform efficiently. While we encourage you to log in and explore on your own, this guide will give you a structured overview of the key features and functions.
Dashboard Overview
When you first log in, you’ll be greeted by your Dashboard. This provides a comprehensive snapshot of your business performance, including:
- Income Pipeline: Displays your earnings in the past month, past three months, and your projected earnings for the next 30, 60, and 90+ days.
- Sold Volume: Tracks the total volume of properties you’ve sold.
- Net Income: Shows your take-home earnings, helping you plan ahead.
- Status View: Allows you to filter and organize transactions based on status (e.g., under contract, coming soon, listed).
- Office Production Metrics: Displays overall office performance and team activity.
- Leaderboard: Highlights agent production, fostering healthy competition.
Entering a New Transaction
The most frequent action you’ll take in Realscale is entering a new transaction. To do this:
- Click the "New Transaction" button from the main dashboard.
- Choose the transaction type.
- Fill in the necessary details.
- Realscale integrates with Follow Up Boss, allowing you to import contact details directly.
- Save your transaction.
Once transactions are entered, you can locate them quickly using the quick links to under contract transactions or view all transactions in the system.
Additional Features
Calendar
- Displays all key dates associated with your transactions.
- Helps track deadlines and important milestones.
Reports
- Generate a Production Report to view your personal transaction data.
- Filter reports based on different criteria.
Company Resources
- Access Company Documents, including W-9 forms, referral agreements, and compliance-related files.
- Roster: Find contact details for anyone in the office, searchable by zip code to locate agents in specific areas.
- Listings: View upcoming "coming soon" listings, as well as currently listed properties. You can sort by zip code for better organization.
Settings
- Navigate to your Profile Settings to update personal details and customize your Realscale experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
It says my file is too large to upload? Why is this and what should I do?
When you upload your compliance package, each file is limited to 10mb. This is in the interest of helping you keep efficient files and documents. In order to compress a file, use a tool like ILovePDF.com (this is our favorite) and use the "compress PDF" tool - you can select "extreme compression". Every once in a while, a file will be so large that it still isn't under 10mb. When that happens, use the "Split PDF" tool at ILovePDF.com and upload multiple files - just label them so that we can easily understand.
