Displayed Phone Number on Agent Profiles
Overview
At this time, we are unable to provide agents with direct phone numbers on agent profiles due to lead tracking requirements. Ensuring that every inquiry is properly sourced is essential, as we invest heavily in website promotion and need to track lead origins accurately.
Current Process
- When a client calls the leads line requesting an agent, they are directed to that agent.
- Webform inquiries go directly to the assigned agent.
Future Plans
We understand that agents want their direct phone numbers on links they share online. As a mid-term solution, we plan to develop a URL extension that will automatically insert an agent’s direct number for personalized tracking. This will allow agents to use a custom URL for their profiles while maintaining tracking integrity.
Once our current website improvements are complete, we will work on implementing this feature.
