Keeping your closing date updated in Real Scale is crucial, as the system sends automatic review emails 24 hours after closing. These emails are tailored based on your client rating and the number of stars you give. Here's how it works:


  • 1 Star: No automatic email will be triggered. Use this rating for transactions that didn’t go well.

  • 3 Stars: Triggers an email from Eric, acting as a buffer. This email aims to gauge the client’s experience and potentially turn it into a positive review.

  • 4–5 Stars: Triggers an automatic email from you, asking the client to leave a review on Yelp, Zillow, and Google. As an incentive, clients are offered a $20 Amazon gift card for each review they leave.
