TXR-2701 + TXR-1404 - Listing Agreement Amendments (NAR Settlement)

Steps to Take:

  1. Look at the TXR-2701 form first. This will solve 90% of the questions about listing agreements signed prior to Aug 13.
  2. If that form doesn't solve your problem, go to TXR-1404 and it will certainly solve what you need to do.
