TXR & Unlock Listing Agreement Changes (July 2024)

In response to the NAR Settlement process changes, both Unlock/ABOR and TXR added changes to the listing agreement. This video goes over those changes.

We highly recommend you do not include formal cooperative compensation, but instead that you outline what you will earn and what you will advertise that the seller will offer in concessions towards a BAC.
