Recommended Classes
We add recommended classes to the office calendar. These are from ABOR, Ninja Selling, and variety of title companies. They need to be local (in Austin, Texas) or virtual classes.
When do you add the classes to the calendar?
Add the classes by the last week of the month, for the next month. An email needs to be sent to the agents with a list of the classes as well.
Here's the process for emailing the agents.
Workflow:
- Find classes that fit the above requirements.
- Add each class as an "event" on the "BramRes Recommended Classes" Google calendar. ***Do not add anyone to the guest list.*** (All the agents can see this calendar and if we add them, their calendar gets cluttered.)
- The events will automatically sync with the online BramRes Recommended Classes calendar here: https://bramlettresidential.com/company-guide/recommended-classes/
- Send the Recommended Classes email (tutorial here)

Which classes do we recommend?
We don't recommend all of the classes. We want to recommend classes that are truly helpful. Here's what we always recommend:

- Any and all "TransactionDesk" classes
- Matrix classes like "Matrix Analytics and Reporting"

- Most (almost all) Contract / Contract Addenda classes, such as:
- "Understanding a Condominium Contract"
- "Do You Know Your 1-4 Contract Addendums?"
- "Residential Sale Addendums"
- These will have a "contracts" tag on them, making them easier to identify
- Advanced classes, such as:
- "CMA vs. Appraisal"
- Title Companies:
- Similar guidelines to ABOR classes.
