Recurring Calendar Events

Weekly

• These occur every week except for the OKR week.

• Monday - AMA. Eric hosts 2 per month. A senior agent or outside vendor hosts any additional Mondays in the month. Bailey to fill in for Eric when necessary.

  - Shelby to send out AMA question form on Fridays at 9am before the AMA & a reminder at 9am on Mondays before the AMA.

• Tuesday - Market Watch. Jeremy, Craig, & Trey are currently hosting.
• Various: Accountability meetings and groups.

Monthly

• OKR Meeting: First Tuesday of the month (unless there's a holiday.) At ABOR in whichever room makes sense. No longer bringing tacos. Sponsored by an outside vendor. Blocked for 2 hours. Marelise is in charge of this
• Outside vendor class. First Thursday of the month (unless there's a holiday) via Zoom. Bailey is in charge of this.
• Bramlett Social Mixer Lunch: Second or third week of the month on Wednesday. Marelise is in charge of this.
• Various: Masterminds. We need to build a list of masterminds. We have Listing Team, Cappers, & Investment. Shelby is in charge of this.

Quarterly

• Zane FUB Q&A- quarterly on Wednesdays at 10am via Zoom. Marelise is in charge of this.
• Vendor Happy Hours- quarterly on the first Thursday. Vendor to schedule location & time (preferred 4pm to 6pm or 5pm to 7pm). Bailey is in charge of this.
• Feedback from Leamans: We need to pick 4-6 event venues and send them as options to the vendors. We can list them here.
• Austin Beerworks / Brewtorium / Pinthouse? (would need to check) / Santa Rita (big enough? weather?)
• Volunteer events- on a Thursday morning (that is not the same week as a happy hour). Spring & fall events are at Community First, working on a second event for winter & summer. Bailey is in charge of this.

Annually

1. Holiday New Year Kick Off party. Actual date is TBD in advance, but always on a Friday night in January. Bailey is in charge of this.
2. January - Review Contest
3. Northwest Hills 4th of July Parade.
4. Real Estate Review classes. We'll need two or three of these starting end of September/Early October. Bailey is in charge of this.
5. Goal Setting Meetings. Nov 1-Dec 31.
