First Look Statistics Social Media Images
Our agents all love having interesting social media images to share. We're really proud of the fact that we run "First Look Market Statistics" for the previous month much earlier than any of our competitors (and earlier than ABOR.) You'll often see agents from other offices still sharing statistics that are 30 days older than the stats we share.
Workflow
- Eric generally runs First Look Statistics between the 5th and the 10th of the month. He'll either send you these statistics directly, he will send a newsletter with them, or they will be in the OKR meeting slides.
- As soon as you have the statistics, you'll need to work with design@ to build the social media images (examples below.) Create a task in Basecamp for Tyler and Bilal called "Create First Look Stats Images for (INSERT MONTH AND YEAR)" and upload a screenshot of the stats or provide them with the Google Slides.
- They will provide two images - one for the City and one for the Metro. They provide these for Bramlett, Dochen Realty Group, and Berbas Group.
- After they provide you with the social media images, email the images to Jenna Groves at jenna@bramlettre.com. (Please send all images in one email, no need to send separate emails.)
- Jenna will then take over and email the images to the agents and branded teams. Use the email template below.
- Email the Bramlett images to agents@bramres.com
- Email the Dochen Realty Group images to team@dochenrealtors.com
- Email the Berbas Group images to nishiki@berbasgroup.com, jen@berbasgroup.com
- Email the Roeder Group images to brooke@brookeroeder.com, elizabeth@brookeroedergroup.com, claire@brookeroedergroup.com, Lesley@brookeroedergroup.com
- Email the Pecan Creek Realty Group images to agents@pecancreekrealty.com
