First Email Response + Personalization (Examples)
We have a great email template that you want to send to every person who's interested in our company. This allows you to filter out who's truly interested and who isn't. Those who click through and read a bunch about us are actually interested and they will qualify themselves. Those who don't read the info are not truly interested or they're not a good fit because they won't research an important decision.
The email template is great, but it's all about personalization. The more that the agent gives you about themselves, the more you want to personalize. It's great to call out the email template by saying something like, "I've pasted in an email template below that has a ton of information" and to personalize it in the beginning. This communicates care.

Agent who responded to "we can help ~$5M agents grow to $10M+" and who's currently at $5M:
Hi Annmarie -
Thanks for getting back to me! I've pasted in a ton of info about us below. Agents like you - newer in the business but already producing $5M+ - are typically very successful here. We have really strong systems that you can leverage that will help you generate more business (SOI program, social media, etc) and we have systems that will help you operate more efficiently. Our leads program is really productive if you want to work leads. Most importantly, though, our culture is the intangible that seems to help newer agents grow into $10M to $20M agents (and beyond). Our firm averages $10M/year per agent in annual production and it's a case of "who you surround yourself with".
Let me know if you'd like to schedule an intro call. Here's that canned email:

Agent who emailed back and is with Culhane Properties, a heavy leads providing team lead at EXP. (Full convo):
Hey Carson -
Thanks very much for getting back to me and I hope you have a great trip! I've pasted in a canned email below with a bunch of info about us. Let me know if you'd like to jump on an intro call next week or at any point in the future.
I'm not super familiar with Culhane, but I believe there's a biggish leads program there. If you're a heavy leads taking agent, we'd want to look hard at our program and make sure it's the right fit for you. Our culture is pretty different from EXP. Culture is the main reason agents move over here and the main reason so many agents stay. Those two topics probably deserve the most of your attention when deciding if you'll consider a move in the future. More info below!
CARSON RESPONSE
Sounds great, Eric! I will review this info, and either way I’d like to jump on a brief call to get better acquainted and go over any questions I have. Culhane actually changed their systems a lot last year as the market shifted, we now operate on 50/50 for company generated and 80/20 on SOI. I have closed more soi this year than CPP leads, and I currently have 6 listings that are all SOI. (Basically, I’m not just looking for company generated leads, but rather to continue building my business and the systems to support it over the long run.)
I’ll be in touch over the next couple of days to see when we can jump on a call, or I can swing by your office this week if you’re cool with a brief in person meeting instead. Thanks again, and I look forward to discussing more soon.
ERIC RESPONSE
That all sounds good. Your goal of increasing your SOI aligns well with our company's goals. We have a very strong leads program, but we partner with agents who want to use that program to build their own business and "graduate out of it". I can point to a bunch of agents (still with us) who've successfully done so. One of our agents has grown into a 4 member ~$70M/year team!

Agent who responded who's a ~$5M producer at Regent PG, which is where Lynn Wise joined from.

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I'm really glad that you found value in Friday's Zoom. :)
I've pasted in a canned email below that includes a ton of info about us. I'd love to jump on an intro call with you next week, so please let me know what your schedule looks like. A couple of questions for you:
1) Do you know Lynn Wise? She moved over from Regent about a year ago.
2) We can discuss this over the phone if it's easier: What do you love about your current brokerage/setup that don't want to lose? What do you wish you had that's not there?
Thanks and here's that long email!
