Recruiting Process

Overview
  1. We send "nudge emails" that ask if they'd like more info on us and potentially an intro call to roughly 3000 agents (of 20k) who meet our production minimums - roughly $5M in the rolling 12.
  2. Send a recruiting response email from there. Make sure and monitor what they're clicking on. If they only look at commission and/or don't engage with much of the info on the email, then don't pursue a call too hard. Follow up with "do you have any questions" or similar. They're likely not interested or not a fit.
  3. 15-Min intro call: See below for questions. This is both sides discovering if we're aligned culturally and in long term goals.
  4. Recruiting Presentation: See below. 90 minute sales pitch. Offer to meet w/ Eric over coffee or zoom for 30 min.
  5. Optional: Meet w/ Eric for 30 min.
  6. Final: DQ question meeting w/ Bailey.

Initial Email (Eric)

Initial 15-30 min call to see if we're a good fit (Eric)
  1. Explain the process.
    1. We like to get on these calls so that we can get to know each other and see if we could be a good fit. If we both decide we might be, then we'll meet for 1-1.5 hours at the office for a presentation.
    2. We have experience and production minimums in order to get on these calls and you obviously meet those. From here, our #1 goal is to see if we're a good cultural fit and if our long term goals align.
    3. I have some questions I like to ask to get the conversation going and I have as much time as you need to ask questions, as well!
  2. Quick Questions for the call:
    1. Do you know anyone at Bramlett? Have you done any deals with any of our agents?
      1. Make a note so we can talk with them.
    2. Where are you on your decision to leave your current broker?
      1. Are they just exploring options or have they decided they're going to leave?
    3. When will you make a decision?
      1. If they're not making the decision for a while, then schedule the meeting further out. The problem is that people always lose momentum when there's a long period between our initial meeting and they're decision.
  3. Where do you want to be in 5 and 10 years? (Do you still see yourself selling real estate in 10 years?)
    1. DQ if they don't see themselves selling real estate in 10 years (unless they're retiring). We don't want to work with agents who don't want to sell real estate.
  4. What do you really love at your current broker or with your current situation? What do you want to make sure you don't lose?
  5. What do you wish you had at your current broker or with your current situation?
  6. What questions do you have for me?
