If the internet (or power) goes out for more than 15 minutes and you're working at the office, notify your co-workers that you're going to work from home for the rest of the day. During the time the internet is out, connect to your or someone else's hotspot (if you don't have a hotspot on your phone, let's talk). If you're a remote worker and the internet goes down at home (or wherever you are) for more than 15 minutes, notify your co-workers that you're leaving to work elsewhere for the rest of the day. If you're a remote worker, the internet going down isn't a reason not to complete work. Plan ahead and know where you will go in case internet/power goes down.

We all love music! You are absolutely welcome to listen to music in the office. In fact, if it helps you focus, we encourage it!

However, if you do choose to listen to music in the office, please use headphones! It can often be distracting for others if we have music playing out loud, so we want to be respectful of others' workflows and help create an environment where we can all focus and do our best for our clients!
