Checking Unsubscribes / Email Delivery Issues
Every now and then, an agent will let us know their client isn't receiving emails. It's usually noticed when the client isn't receiving emails for Property Searches or Market Updates. There are also some instances when an agent will let us know they aren't receiving notifications from RealScale. These email deliverability issues are usually caused by the email address being "unsubscribed" in the SMTP server.
