Executive Assistant
This is a great hire to make when you need a "swiss army knife". In general, we're looking for someone who has worked in a busy office environment and who's juggled lots of tasks. If they've worked in an environment that doesn't have a lot of systems/processes (most SMBs) and they've thrived, then they will do very well here since we maintain a sane working environment with lots of processes and systems. Conversely, if they've worked in an environment with little oversight and little productivity monitoring, this is a bad hire and environment for them since we all love to be productive.
Here are a few Indeed ads we've used.

Skills Assessments
It's good to add 2-3 skills assessments and to put "Please complete the skills tests to be considered" at the top. This helps us understand if they've really read the job description or not. We like to us "written communication" and "attention to detail" tests.
Here are the 15-Min Intro Call questions:
- Tell me about your current role. (You're trying to figure out how busy she is and how varying the role is.) What do you like about it? What do you dislike?
- What interests you about this role?
- What do you know about our company? (You're checking to see if she's researched us or is just trying to find any job.)
- Where do you want to be in 5 years?
- What area of Austin do you live in? (Note the commute time to our office.)
- Do you prefer in office or remote work?
- What questions do you have for me?
