Congrats Images - Production

Frequency?

You will monitor and post all congrats and welcome images. In order to accomplish this, we'll have to post on the FB, Instagram the Linkedin Bramlett business accounts. Here are the posts that you need to handle: Welcome to the brokerage

"Congrats" posts for production
Annual work anniversary posts (there will be 100 of these - as many as agents in the firm)
One off congrats like "broker license"

Tagging agents and others

We will want to tag the agent in every post. This is really important. Sometimes, this won't be possible because the agent hasn't liked the company page. For that, you need to email the agent by using the email template below.

You will want to tag a number of other people every time in order to prompt them to also share - Everyone on the ASM team, Bailey, Kiel, Steve, Shelby, and Eric. Always tag them in every Welcome and Congrats post (so that they can share) on the appropriate platform.

It looks like tagging by using '@' did not seem to work in Heropost for all social networks. We need to have separate captions for each individual social network. For IG we can tag by just pasting agent social media handle but for FB and LinkedIn, it looks like the only way of tagging them is to add their social media profile links, as we cannot simply tag them by using '@' in Heropost.

Social media images

For some posts you will be provided the images already created by our design team. Otherwise you will either assign tasks in BC to our graphics team or email them so they can provide you with the post images. For reference, you can see already created images in the report sheet given below.

You'll notice that there's a team tab and individual tab. We need to record when we're posting the $10M incremental congrats.

This is when you cannot tag an agent in the post or the agent hasn't liked/followed our social media pages.
