How To Handle Client Survey Responses
We will receive email notifications with a subject line "A New Survey Completion to Review". You will reply to the client with the following email template:
Hi {client first name},
Thank you so much for your feedback (and your business)! It really helps us acknowledge agents when they do great (and it helps us improve when there's room for improvement.) I've passed this along to your agent and we've taken note of everything.
Thanks again!

Then you will forward the Survey to JUST the agent that's mentioned on the form (Your Agent's Name), and just say the following:
Hey {Agent's first name},
Please see below feedback from {Client's Name}.
Great job! :)

NOTE: When the client's feedback is more negative than positive, we usually just say, Please see below feedback from (Client's Name) and leave out the "Great job".
