$1M+ Images
Each month, Eric congratulates our agents who contracted, closed, or listed over $1M. He runs these stats before the OKR each month. We need to send these stats to Tyler Martinez, audit them, and then send to Bailey for Distribution.
Workflow
- You'll receive the stats one day before the OKR meeting. As soon as you have them, create a Basecamp task for Tyler. Call it "Create $1M+ Images for (insert month and year)". In the task, include the link to the ORK slides. ***If you do not have the OKR slides, proactively reach out to Eric (eric@bramlett.me) and ask him for the OKR slides.***
- Audit the images to make sure he included the correct agent names, production, numbers, etc. Also need to make sure everything is in order from highest number to lowest number.
- Teams should have their logos in the image spot
- Kasey Gilliam is not considered a team anymore
3. Download the files and email them to Eric (eric@bramlett.me) so he can use these images at the OKR meeting. Include Bailey (bailey@bramlettresidential.com) in the same email so she can share them on her Facebook.
4. Please make sure the list should be in descending order.
