Phone Duty Scheduling
Log into
Callrail.com and cross reference this
phone duty calendar. This will need to be done every Friday and then checked again periodically every day to make sure all shifts are covered for the week.
Here is a video tutorial on how to schedule phone duty on CallRail. Below the video is also step-by-step instructions you can cross reference.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Log into Callrail
- Cross reference the AM & PM entries for each day
- Go under Tracking - Call Flows - Phone Duty
- Each day will be split into 2 shifts- AM & PM.
- You will enter two agents into each shift. This will only be for Monday-Friday, you will not have to change the weekends.
- If you ever come upon only 1 agent scheduled or no agents scheduled for a shift, please send out the email template below to leadsagents@bramres.com.
- Agents will reply to your email saying they have picked up a shift- from there, you will cross reference the information with the phone duty calendar and then input it into Callrail.
