Daily Closed Transaction Process
This needs to be done
daily.
- Go to RealScale and search transactions so that you pull up the previous day's closings. (If it's Monday, then you need to pull up the previous Friday.) https://www.loom.com/share/700e60334f194cd488624b9c93dc77f3
- It's best to make a note or something so that you know which properties you're working on.
You'll do the following for each property:
a. Add Closing Anniversary to agent's SOI Spreadsheet
b. Add Closign Anniversary info to Sphere Nurture (no matter what)
c. Set up Market Updates
d. Email the client for birthday information and enter it into the spreadsheet.
e. Create social media image and send to the agent.
f. Add Zillow sales for each agent

- The only thing new here is that Rida needs to make notes if any agents do not exist on the list above.

Email the Client for Birthday Information
You will need to reference anything the agent has sent back so that you can send the appropriate email template.
- If there are no kids, then use the "Marketing/Rida - Birthday Request (No Kids)" email template.
- If there are kids, then use the "Marketing/Rida - Birthday Request (Yes to Kids)" email template.
- If there are no kids, but there are pets, then use the "Marketing/Rida - Birthday Request (No Kids / Yes Pets)"
Create Social Media Image and Send to Agent
- Bilal Question: Who is doing the SM images now? Are they doing them only for CTC folks?
