New Sale Close Out Process

1. Send email to agent 1+ week prior to closing using this process. https://app.tettra.co/teams/bramlett/pages/email-agents-for-closed-transaction-info-wed-fri
2. Email the client to get their birthday info the Monday after closing (schedule this email). This email should also include a question about any existing buyer searches or seller market updates. (Should we turn off buyer searches and seller market updates?)
3. Add the correct rating to the client in Sphere Nurture.
4. Add the "Closing Anniversary" data to Sphere Nurture.
5. Add a Market Update for any buyer for the new property.
6. Delete any Market Update for any seller.
7. Update Zillow sales: https://app.tettra.co/teams/bramlett/pages/posting-transactions-to-zillow
8. Send social media images.
