Email Agents for Closed Transaction Info (Wed / Fri)

This needs to be done every Wed and Fri morning.

Since Rida will close out the transactions and update the spreadsheets + SN, we need to get some information from the agents. We will send the main email on Wednesday and a follow up on Friday. We will send the email via the "Notes" feature in FUB.

First - Find Next Week's Transactions (DA/UC/CR)

Search the transacttions in RealScale: (Status UC, CR, DA)

Quick Questions: SOI Marketing

Congrats on your closing next week! I'm going to update Sphere Nurture for you and reach out to your client to get birthday info. If you don't respond, we'll move forward with our standard process.

What would you like to rate them in SN? VIP, A+, A, etc... (I will rate them an A by default if I don't hear back.)
Do they have pets or kids that you would like me to ask about when I ask about their birthday info?
I will set up a Market Update for any buyer client.
I will remove any market update set up for this property (that just sold).
I will ask for their new mailing address and update your CRM.

If you'd prefer that I NOT reach out and/or set up any MUs, just let me know.

Third - If you have haven't heard from the agent by Friday, add this note:

Hey! Just following up on the below:

-- What would you like to rate them in SN? VIP, A+, A, etc... (I will rate them an A by default if I don't hear back.)
