Monthly OKR + Leading Indicator Reports
***These must be proactively sent to Eric no later than 12:00 (noon) the day before the meeting.***
- Towards the end of any month, check the office calendar and see when the OKR meeting is. Put a note in your own calendar so that you remember to do this. It's critical that Eric has these #s prior to the meeting and it saves him a bunch of time.
- OKR meetings fall on the first Tuesday of the month unless that's a holiday week. Sometimes, that's very early in the month - say October 3. Sometimes that's not so early - say November 7.
- It's harmful to do these too early. If the OKR Meeting falls on days 1-6 of the month (say Dec 1-6) then you must do it the morning of the Monday before.
- Deliver this information to Tyler before noon the Monday before the OKR. Tyler will then create the congrats images and Eric will use these images at the OKR meeting
- Tyler will also create "Team Images" where he will build branded images for each team as long as they have 2+ members who are on the image. For example, create a team image for Dochen that celebrates all of their agents.
- You need to schedule an email to the office that goes out the day before you run the report. Use "schedule send" to do this. Here's what the email should say:

BODY:
Hi team -
I'm going to run OKR reports tomorrow on {insert date}. This is the info we use to create our "Congrats" social media images. Please make sure that you have any new contracts and listings added to the system so that they're counted.

- Please round to the nearest 1 decimal place like Tara M = $4.3M (and include the "M" after the number to denote "Million").

Create a new Google Doc formatted in this way and share it with Eric. Label the doc the month and year like "
$1M Congrats June 2023". Format:
