Adword Leads Call Audit

Video Tutorial- please watch this first and go through the Wiki below again.

  • Go to the Lead Inbox (BOOKMARK THIS PAGE!)
  • Select the "Active" tab
  • Start listening to calls
  • If it is under 30 seconds and says "This Lead Has Not Been Charged" in grey at the top of the call, please automatically archive. Check for this first before listening to the call.
  • If the call is a buyer, seller, or investor looking in Austin or surrounding areas, select "Mark Booked" and then hit "save" and move on to the next call
  • If it is a sales call, automatic message, renter, or something we do not service, click on the 'Rate this lead' link and select "extremely dissatisfied" and select the most fitting option out of the selections. After that archive it.

For reference, areas that we service:
  • Austin, Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Lago Vista, Spicewood, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle, Manor, Pflugerville, Manchaca, Driftwood, Wimberley, Volente, Jonestown, and Georgetown.

**If they mention an area not listed or you are not familiar with and you have any questions at all on how to handle the call, please leave the call in the active status and email Bailey.
