Agent Reviews Spreadsheet & Website
Part I. Adding Reviews from Yelp to Agent Reviews Spreadsheet
Go to
Yelp.com
Also, open this spreadsheet to cross reference:
- Go to yelp.com. Make sure the "location" is set to Austin, TX. Search for Eric Bramlett Residential Real Estate
- Scroll down a little bit until you see the above section. You will want to sort the reviews as "newest first"
- Enter the review, date, and reviewers name into the "Agent Reviews-All" spread sheet. Make sure you are entering the review for the corresponding agent. Each agent has an individual tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet page.
- To keep the spreadsheet orderly, make sure the review fits into one space. If it is paragraphed out, you will copy the bottom line and paste it into the main line so it is all in one cell.
- After copying the bottom line, you will double click on the main line so you can paste it along with what is original in the main line.
- This is what the cell will look like once the bottom line has been pasted into the main line with all of the original text.
- You will now go back and delete the original bottom line that you had pasted.
- The only information needed to enter is the review, reviewers name, the date of the review, and property address. All other fields should be left blank. IMPORTANT: you will need to email each agent and ask for the reviewers full first and last name, as well as the property address.
- Go back to the Yelp page and make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and check the filtered reviews section where it says "reviews that are currently not recommended"
- This is what the filtered review section will look like.
- The filtered review section will only preview two reviews, so If we had multiple filtered reviews, you will need to select the bottom link that says "continue reading other reviews that are not currently recommended"
- This is what all of the filtered reviews will look like. Enter the filtered reviews onto the Agent Reviews-All spreadsheet like you normally would with the other reviews, as seen in the picture below
If you have any questions or cannot figure out which agent a review is for, please contact management.
Part II - Cross Reference Google
You'll want to cross reference our Google page to pick up any reviewer avatars that weren't on Yelp. You'll also want to check to see if any were left on Google that weren't left on Yelp.
Part III. Audit/Update Agent Review Spreadsheet for Zillow / Google / Realtor.com
Every week, we want to audit the
Agent Review Spreadsheet to see which reviews have been posted to Zillow/Google/Realtor.com. Our goal is to get reviews on Yelp, Zillow, Google, &
Realtor.com.
- Go to the 'Agent Reviews - All' spreadsheet, which can be found here
- Once on the spreadsheet, you will go to each agents tab at the bottom. First you will click on the link provided under the tabs listed "Posted On Zillow", "Posted On Realtor.com" and "Posted On Homelight". Click on the links in those cells
The link clicked for "Posted on Zillow" will take you to that agents Zillow profile page. You will need to go through the reviews on their Zillow and find the matching review from the spreadsheet.
Below is an example of a review found that matches the review from the spreadsheet. Since it is on their Zillow profile, you will enter "Yes" in the column next to the review found in the spreadsheet (seen below).
The above review was found on her Zillow, so we will put "yes" in the column. Next, we will click on the link for
Realtor.com in the next column labeled "posted to
realtor.com"
You will do the same thing as before, and search for the review from the spreadsheet in the agents
Realtor.com profile. Since this agent doesn't have any reviews on
Realtor.com, you can put "No" for all of the reviews in that column.
Next, you will do the same thing and go to the link on the column labeled "posted on homelight". You will search for the review from the spreadsheet in the reviews there.
Once you get to the agents
Homelight.com profile, you will select "View all reviews" (as seen below), this will take you to all of the reviews posted so you can search for the review you are looking for.
Once you find the review from the spread sheet, you'll update the spreadsheet to reflect if that review has been posted to that website (as seen below)
If an agent does not have a profile or account for any of the 3 website, you will see "N/A" as seen below. In that case, you can put "No" in the column for the reviews on that agent for that website.
Part IV - Create a Social Media Image w/ the Review for Each Agent
1) Login to
Canva.com
and navigate to the "Agent Reviews" folder here:
https://www.canva.com/folder/FAEGvDmZ3Ss
2) Make a copy of the "Agent Review Template"
3) Edit the image
- Change "Agent Name" to the agent's name.
- Upload the agent's headshot that can be found in this Dropbox Folder: https://www.dropbox.com/home/Real%20Estate%20-%20Active/1%20-%20Official%20Headshots%20-%20Jan%202020
- The full review might not be able to fit in the image. If that's the case, then pick out the nicest part of the review (use your best judgment.)
- Download the new, designed image as a png
4) Send the image to the agent as an attachment.
